I am working with a database which imports information from a text file into a table. The text file uses the European date format dd/mm/yy. How can I either convert this information or get access to recognize this date format.

Create an import specification and in the advanced options chnage the date order to DMY. Access will then import the date correctly. Terry L. Broadbent
