Date Format in Seagate Info changes

When reports are opened in Report Designer and previewed the date format is correctly displayed as dd\mm\yy

When a scheduled instance of the same report is run the date format is displayed as mm\dd\yy.

I have checked the regional settings on the Seagate Info server and have confirmed that the short date format is d\mm\yy.

How can I ensure that the scheduled instance displays the correct date format?

I'm not familiar with this problem, but...

Perhaps if you create a customized format for the date using File->Options-Fields->Date->Date/Time->Customize, it will force SI to use this format.

Thanks for this information, I found that as I was running the service under a different context than the one actually logged on, that Seagate Info would only use the default date format, no matter what.
I changed the context to a user that had the correct date format setup for the system and this worked.
