I have a report based on a query. In the query there is a calculated field DueDate:Date()+ 31. I want the date to appear as June 9, 2002. My choices give me 6/9/02 or Sunday, June 9, 2002. Is there a way to get rid of the Sunday? This seems like a choice that Microsoft should have given. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

did you try using the functions Day, Month and Year to extract different components and concetanate them together?

In the FORMAT property of your report field type:

mmmm dd, yyyy

Sorry, should have said report or form (text) field.
