I was wondering if someone could do the favour of writing a .bat/.exe file (doesn't really matter) that will change the date of my computer from 2094 back to 2000 on startup of windows 98.

I tried writing a .bat but only managed to make it change the entire date which is not what i want to do. plus it didn't close, i was left with an msDOS-prompt window at the end of the startup

I would like it to change the date back 94 years and leave the days and months where they are and execute itself and close itself atfer it has done it's job on the windows 98 startup.

Thankyou.

You need a program to this. There is no function for getting just the date (year) in DOS batch.
