Hey all....I have a client who wants to sort her data according to month, so she can quickly see who has a birthday in January, etc. Here is the spreadsheet layout..

for the life of me, I tried to autofilter and do a custom filter for "contains" or "begins with" 10, or whatever month, but it returns nothing...any suggestions on how to filter out the months she wants?
