This might be a simple question, but i have been going crazy for a while now.
I am creating a PDF in Livecycle Designer and have a date field with a display value of MM/DD/YYYY and when you input in that fashion it works fine. But the person I'm making the PDF for requested that when a person inputs (i.e. 02212019) it converted to 02/21/2019 when you exit the field. As of now all the field does is leaves the 02212019 because it is not the proper format as set in the display pattern.
I have been looking for a javascript that would convert the 02212019 to a proper date format but i cant locate one. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
