Date entry into table of design master

All,
I have just replicated my database (Something I understand at a peripheral level) and after making backups and syncronizing my replica's I am unable to input data directly into my tables with either my design master or my replica. I have forms built and I can input data into them but I am unsure why I cannot data enter into my tables directly.

Any ideas would be most apprecated.
