Date Conversion to Hours

Im using Crystal reports SAP v14.

I have a simple formula Resolved - Opened Date. This gives me back a number in days (eg 0.32, 0.19, 0.62 etc)

Question is how can i convert this returned number to hours. If i multiply by 24 I end up with still a number such as 14.78

I would like to get the number converted to Hrs and Minutes if possible

Appreciate any help here

.78 * 60 yields 46.8 minutes

.8 * 60 yields 48 seconds.
