This is what I need to do...

I have an amount field and a date field
Depending on what range the user gave for months

Jan Feb Mar Apr
Amount Amount Amount Amount
for Jan For Feb For Mar For Apr

If someone can help me it would be appreciated

Start from scratch and write a cross-tab. Write a formula @month=month({Datefiled}). Make this your column. Insert your row(s) and summarized field(s) and you are done.

Cross-tabs are very powerful. Software Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine
