My PIX 515E Firewall looses Date and Time settings everytime I power it off. What could be the reason as the only one I can think of is the Lithium Battery might be dead or something. If so, can I simply change the battery with a new one of the same rating??? or is there any other reason to this.

Surprised you power it off enough to know its losing time :) Obviously you could utilize a NTP server to sync time if you'd like..

I think the battery needs to be replaced.

The battery in my PIX 515E is a (3V BR2032). Can I replace it with a (3V CR2032)?.

What is the difference between BR2032 and CR2032 anyway
