Date and Time for Voice Messages 1

Customer has BCM 50 with CallPilot Mailboxes. If someone record a voice message the customer can only see the date but not the time when that message is recorded. Any soloution to see or listen when the exact date & time has been?

You can press 72 to play the message envelope (if using CallPilot interface), or press 7 if using NVM interface.

Unfortunately, no way to set the envelope to play automatically as the PBX CallPilot does.

I kind of hoped that would change in release 4.0, but I don't think it will. Kind of a simple feature to add, you'd think....
 
Will it also list the phone # or extention # when playing the envelope info?
 
I don't remember - I don't have a BCM up and running near me right now. I think it just plays the date and the time. Maybe someone can test and verify.
