datastore zero records

When we run reports using PB 6.5(datastore with .PSR) and Informix on a win2000
operating system we sometimes retrieve no records on the report. When we reboot the server and we run the exact same job we get the output we expect. Has any ony experienced this oddity, is this a bug in PB 6.5

Can any help
