DataStage Job 104 Phantom 6227

Job compiles properly. When validating, it gives the following error:

DataStage Job 104 Phantom 6227
Program "DSD.WriteLog": Line 95, WRITE failure.
Attempting to Cleanup after ABORT raised in stage SourceLoad.insert_temp
DataStage Phantom Aborting with @ABORT.CODE = 3

Now, I have tried to reset the job, re-compile, everything. But I have been unable to get this message to go away and actually validate.

Ideas?
