Hi,

Could someone please explain to me how DataStage uses caching for Hashed File Stages?? I noticed that on Hashed Files, by default uses 128Mb caching on the hashed files. Is this what the setting should be, for optimal performance. I noticed on some of my DataStage jobs I have several hashed file inputs, and each one of them is set to 128Mb caching. Would this slow down performance or deteriorate the processing? Please assist.
