Hi all,
I have a datastage job executing a stored procedure in sybase(version 12.5). The stored procedure basically drops and creates a clustered index on a table. Needless to say non-clustered indexes are also created. During non-clustered index creation, sybase sends a informational message - 1918 severity 10 - non-clustered indexes are being rebuilt. Ascential receives this messages and aborts. The same procedure runs well in sybase SQL with informational message. The informational message is NOT an error, just information. How do i tell Ascential to ignore this message recd from sybase. Please note this is a system generated message. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks....Indoaryaan

What version of DS on what platform? What do you see in the error logs? Have you turned on any debugging?

We are using Ascential 7.5, windows 2000 server. The error log says "Non-Clustered indexes are being rebuilt". Then Ascential aborts. No we did not turn on any debugging. Is there a way to do debugging in Ascential?

Yes, debugging and logging are available, check your documentation and the tutorial.
