Does anyone know how to change the column name(show label) and the column order of a datasheet form?

In design view, change the name of the text box to what you want. In datasheet view the field names take the names of the text boxes that the corresponding data is in... I hope that makes sense.. let me know if it doesn't!

Thank you for that.
I thought it would be the way to name a text box for example txtName but display Name as a column name.
