DataProtector backup of Win Servers

When we run a backup of our win2003 servers to SDLT tape, the files all get backed up to tape, but the job will sit after showing 100% completed. It finally recieves error:

"reached its inactivity timeout of 7200 seconds"

We are running DataProtector 5.10. The Win servers have the latest patches. Support does not have an answer. They want me to update the media servers (HP-UX) with the latest patches.

I found a few hits on this, but no solutions....
