Happy Holidays to all,
I have a Datamax I-4208 Label Printer that is having some seriuos issues. It is attached to an ELO15A2 Touch Screen PC. The issue is as follows. When I send a print job to said unit, it gets caught in the document queue. This also happens when my ERP software, RT Label Monitor, sends a label print job. Once that first print job gets caught up the jobs following it also get caught causing some major inconvenience for my users and operators. The only way I have found to remedy the issue is to cycle the printer power. Once the ELO unit detects the unit again the jobs are printed and the queue is cleared..??????
The ELO15A2 is running WIN XP Pro SP3, the printer is running Datamax DPL 7.1.6 drivers and connected via WAN with a good wireless signal.
Any ideas or suggestions would be of great help.
