Hello All,

Has anyone used the DataMarting feature in MicroStrategy.... What is the purpose of creating DataMarts in MicroStrategy.... Can we use the DataMart table created in our reports.....

Datamarting let's you dump report results into an Access or other RDB...often it is used to get around report row limits when exporting to Excel.

You can model a table into MSTR that is the Datamart and then report off it. It is a quick and dirty way to create aggregate tables.
