DataGrid Navbar doesn't work properly

I have a DataGrid (Not .Net) and it has a NavBar. I have 43 pages. When I click Next it goes to Page 2 of 43, when I click Next again it doesn't change, but previous will take me back to the first page. Last Page and First Page work, but when I am at Last page and I click Previous it takes me to page 1.
This is what I have in my Address line (I even tried editing that manually, but only see the same behavior)

You have to turn on the Recordset DTC's "Preserve Recordset In Session State"
