DataGrid Editing and listbox's

please help.....
just wondered if any body knows how to format the datagrid when a row is being edited as it seems to default all of the cells to the same size, ignoring any formats already set for the datagrid also is there a way to set a cell to display as a drop down (listbox) within the datagrid
