DataGrid - Changing the sort triangle / arrow

Hi,

I'm battling with the DataGrid component, trying to make it better than the default look.

I've managed to get the visuals "ok" using some tablestyles. But now I need to change the sorting arrow (the triangle icon) and the behaviour of the header text.
I don't want the header text to jump from left to right when I click on the column header to sort. I also want to change the color of the triangle, since the background is white the triangle is no longer visible

Anyone had any success changing those?
