Datadomain media write failure

Greets all!

I have been getting a DD890 plugin error on a single client (many clients writing to it without issue)

Windows 2k3 x64 7.1.0.4 Master
Linux RHEL 7.1.0.4 media
Data Domain Plugin
Vendor Version: 2.3.3.0-254407
Data Domain OS 5.1.0.9-282511

06/18/2012 15:30:26 - Critical bptm (pid=21321) sts_get_image_prop failed: error 2060046: plugin error
06/18/2012 15:30:27 - Error bptm (pid=21321) cannot write image to disk, media close failed with status 2060022
06/18/2012 15:30:27 - Critical bptm (pid=21321) sts_close_handle failed: 2060046 plugin error
06/18/2012 15:30:32 - Info bptm (pid=21321) EXITING with status 84 <----------

Whats odd is that a 2nd stream for this same client completes fine
