Datadate function not showing the refresh data!

Hi All,

I have a report in which following formula is used:

'Run Date: ' + MonthName(Month(DataDate)) + ' '+
totext(Day(DataDate),0,'') + ', ' + totext(Year (DataDate),0,'')

Which produces following result when the report is refreshed on say Nov 28 2001:

Run Date: November 28, 2001

Now this refreshed report is saved (with Data) on that day and again opened on say 4 Jan 2002 and refreshed with same report parameters as before, Now instead of showing
Run Date: January 4, 2002
it shows
Run Date: December 26, 2001

Why this thing is happening:

Now when I refresh the report with new parameters it shows correct date.

Has anybody encountered similar thing before.
Please help.
