DataCenter 3.4 Can't backup using UNC or Mapped Drive

I am getting error 71:: "None of the files in the file list exist"

The Troubleshooting Manual said to look the the client service and make sure it is being started by a user that has access on the share. I have done that and I still get errors. I am attempting to backup a linux server over smb. When I use the unix agent it works no problem, but I need to verify that I can also backup over cifs.

Any clues?
