DataBinding Data Base in Sequel Server with WebSite Created in VS 2005

I have a question about data binding a database in SQL Server 2005 using the Web Developer. I have been practicing with TextBoxes created in the design view, but I want to link these boxes back to the Sequel Server. I have attached the SQL DataSource but when I run the application, the web page comes up with no data attaching to the textboxes from the server. There is no data appearing in the textboxes and there should be some. I just do not think I have the data base linked correctly.

I am new to the Web Developer.

Any help is appreciated.
