Database WIndow - Details Option

Hi

I have inherited an Access 2003 Db which is working fine save for one thing, which may seem minor, but is aggravating to me

In the Database Window, the Large Icons; Small Icons; and List Options Windows are working fine. But when I try to display the Details Window, nothing is visible. Even the headings bar - which normally displays Name; Description; Modified; etc is blank.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Very weird. Does this happen on any Access database you open, or just your inherited database?

Consider installing the latest service packs.

Also, long shot -- I do sometimes see a problem with the detail display when the names of the objects are long. I have to remember to scroll left or right to see the object / details.
