database transfer

i am trying to send a database from one office to another useing email attatchment. The database transfers o.k but all the validity , secondary indexes etc are lost.I am useing paradox 7.Can any one help solve this problem.

Are you sending tablename.* not just tablename.db ?
Indices, validation etc. are stored with different extensions.

I am attatching the tablename.db file and in the insert attatchment it shows All files(*,*).
The biggest problem is that because the key field in the table is autoincrimating the new data adds itself to the bottom of the table and duplicates data already in the receiving table.
