Database - SQL?

Does anyone use SQL as their DB instead of ARcserve's. If so, any problems or gotchas?

SQL is more stable then VLDB. When using disk staging you must use MSSQL server as DB otherwise your database will keep getting corrupted...guaranteed.

Make sure you setup maintenance and the extended timeout as specified in this doc is set:

Also, only use remote DB as set in server Admin - Central DB IMO is a complete waste of time and resources.
