database size 9.7Gb ???

Hi,
I have several 2 POS stores that are at 9 or 10Gb.
Before we used EM the stores had 600Mb to 1 GB databases, but now they are around 10Gb.
Is this normal? what can I do to make the DB smaller?

It could be, have you recently upgraded or disabled any SQL jobs?
You could trim data from the DB, meaning get rid of x amount of years past X date. I would contact Micros support or see if there are any users here that could help you with it.
