Database Schema

I have a customer with an IP500 v5.0.18 with CCC v5.0.70
they have report designer but want to integrate some reports into a 3rd party reporting application using raw TSQL and need access to database schema. I know that this wasn't possible a few years ago, is that still the case?

Unfortnually, yes. The scheme is and will always be undocumented.

It's actually in the back of the CCR installation manual and I have reliably informed it should have been on the DevConnect site by now with a greater description on it's use but Avaya are still in catch up.

the huddersfield town thing is a sad affliction of many people in this area. it can be treated, but like Rugby league, relapses are common.
