Database Results Error

Can anyone help with this problem. I have created an Intranet which will allow users to logon, works fine. Then the user is then able to select from a list of places and view information about the chosen place, works fine. The user can view data, from Access 2002 db, works fine. The user can then add, edit or delete records from the db. Here is where my problem starts. When the user tries to add a record the following message appears:
"Database Results Error.
The operation failed. If this continues, please contact your server administrator."
All users have full permisions to read write etc to the database, as well in the IIS settings. I am completely lost as I have tried this before and it worked well. Is this a permission problem with the db, IIS settings or both. Any help would be great.

It's hard for me to tell without being able to get in there. Is the database stored in the /fpdb folder? If not, check the permissions on the folder holding the database in FP & let us know.
