Database Results Error

i have a web based database in which the user can add remove or edit a record. if they try any of them options
they get the following error message

Database Results Error
Description: [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Could not delete from specified tables.
Number: -2147467259 (0x80004005)
Source: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers

i am obviously very new to this side of the website tha tim working with anyone help? as i need to be able to let this particular user manage their database via the internet quite quickly
