Hi, I am upgrading a Meridian 11c release 4.0 to Release 7.5 with CPMG. I am able to installed Linux OS and CS1000 software, but got stuck on deployment manager menu. When i choose to restore the customer database then it shows a small popup of " database upload is successful" but CONTINUE Button is still Greyed OUT, i cannot click CONTINUE button due to its unavailability. However if i select Default Database then i am able to click CONTINUE BUTTON. I have customer database which i took using BKO command on PCMCIA.

Any help??

try logging into the call server ld 43 res xxx (rmd or usb)

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder

If you are using Internet Explorer, I would try Chrome or Firefox and see if that fixes the issue.

lapakhora, I had this same issue with an upgrade from 4.0 to 7.5 CPMGS.
I had to open a ticket with Avaya to convert the database, they told me
it was an issue with the conversion even though it showed uploaded successfully.
What they did was convert the database from my system using a CPPM card with 7.5,
then I replaced the database.rec and the config.rec on the CPMGS in call server
/var/opt/nortel/cs/fs/u/db and rebooted. Everything came up working on the system
after that. Avaya said it has seen this problem before but not very often, most
upgrade conversions work without a problem.
