Database replication seems broken. Call fwrds/extn mobility broken

I seem to be having a problem in that any changes that are made to call manager do not seem to be reflected on the actual devices. It seems like the database replication is a bit screwed between the pub and sub.

Found this doc

which seems to describe the type of issue I am having, although I am not seeing any SQL errors. Also I do not have the DBLHelper.exe.

Anyone come across this? planning a reboot this evening but a bit concerned which state the PUB will come back in.

you can contact cisco to get a copy of the dblhelper file.

well that is if your equipment is still in warranty and/or you have a smartnet agreement.
