Database Rebuild

I had to restore a few users e-mail accounts. I changed the passwords, and then tried to rebuild the database. I keep getting an error that states "Bad Parameter" and "Caller is not allowed access to a file". I have the database on my C: drive.

Any help would be great.

Caller not allowed means that someone else has the DB file open. Just make sure nobody else is accessing it through ConsoleOne.. You also need to shut down your GroupWise agents.

I have the "Caller" issue resolved, but I still keep getting "Bad Parameter" when I try to do a rebuild.

If you have 2 secondary domains try rebuilding the primary from a vailidated secondary domain then reconnect to the primary and try again.
