Hello

Is there any way through the admin client that I can get a list of databases that were last accessed in a specified period of time?

Or is there a tool that can list databases that have not been used (read or written) in a given time period?

Regards

Many tools exists, and to list the most obvious (and free) first, see the NOTESLOG on the server.

Last accessed IS a little tricky as long as it is located on the server. It is 'touched' several times by the Domino server during startup and run, so to get a USER related 'last accessed' the NOTES LOG is at least the easiest to use. But remember, it is for THAT specific server only. See the DATABASE views in NOTESLOG

There are also other reporting tools built in, but the best way to find what you want is to try different options. Of course there exist third party tools too, but depending on the needs I think you can get far with the existing active tools + potential addons (The REPORT task can be worth looking into, there are many documents describing purpose and setup in the Domino Admin Help)
