I have never worked with Access before. We have to do a project for class.
I have made two databases using the wizard and included all of the items that were needed. I have hopefully linked them together, made all of the reports and queries.
My problem is how do I save all of this so that when I open the database it does not keep showing create database and use wizard. How do I get it to just show my work with the two databases and all of the reports and queries?

In the front end database, select the menu option Tools, then Startup... and set the database to open with your main form. Then, when you next open the application, it should launch that form.

You are better off asking this sort of question in one of the other forums such as Microsoft:Access Forms. This forum is really for discussion about Access front ends linked to SQL Server databases as ADP files.
