I have created a database that was originally supposed to be merely a modification of a previous one. however, when I went into it, I preferred to delete all tables, forms, queries, reports and macros and start again. The only thing the same was the database name.

Now, whenever I open the database, I get the message 'The form name 'Switchboard' is misspelled or refers to a form that does not exist'.

The thing is that I cannot find any reference to the form 'Switchboard' anywhere in the database. How can i stop this coming up?

Many thanks

Ted

You will find, if you go to Tools - Startup, that the 'Display Form/Page' option is set to 'Switchboard. Either set this option to your new switchboard style form, or set it to (none). That should do the trick.

Cheers
