database path

my professor has uploaded an acees vba project at his website. when i downloaded the project and tried running the form..i got an error saying that the database path is incorrect. where do i have to change the path to point to the corrent database. i have downloaded the database too.

In Access open Tools:Database Utilities:Linked Table Manager and select the path and back end for your project.
