database opening

Hi guys Hope you all will help me as soon as possible..

I created a database named employ.. I have made lots of tables, queries,forms and reports and it was working perfectly but one fine day when i opened the database its not opening and its showing the message displayed below :-

employ.mdb isnt an index in this table. llok in the indexes colllection of the tabledef object to determine the valid index names..

Guys if possible can to trace the error as soon as possible because lots of information is stored in it...

If you can't even open the db to do a compact and repair maybe try creating a new db, and importing all the objects into this new db.

Its not allowing to import also or is their any other way of importing database ,that also the same its showing..
