Database on other server

Hi

I know that my problems with our database is becoming rather annoying for you guys but I have one last question. Lets get trivial.

Is there anyone at all that are running ePO authentication toward a database on a different server than the ePO is running on? Is it at all possible. Even Nai doesn't seem to know if it is.

You're talking about the console on the ePO server or a remote console? AVChap

Am running the console on another client so basically it's three machines involved. A client with a console, a server with ePO and another server with the database.

That's possible. Try checking if you have a valid User DSN set on the remote console workstation TO THE SQL SERVER. If not, set one and it should work.
