database not merging from tape

Hello,

We recently moved arcserve 6.6IT to another volume. WE noticed that it wasn't merging from tape to database even though the backup works ok.

Can you help us. We had to do a manual merger for now to tape.

What settings can we check to make sure it merges .

With Arcserve it is best to do a reinstall rather than trying to move it. I would suggest you try this. -----------------------------------------------------
