I have a report in Crystal Enterprise which was working fine up until recently.

The Database Administrator recently added a password with NT Authentication to the Corporate Database and now, my report will not come up in Crystal Enterprise.

I keep getting the following:
Database Logon(s)
Database Logon - Corporate.dsn

Server Name Corporate.dsn
Database Name corporate
User Id
Password

Even though I try to log in, it doesn't work.
Isn't there a way I can "hard code" the login name and password through the Database tab in the report properties in Crystal Enterprise?

Thanks,

Leo ;-)

Sounds like that is an issue in Crytal Reports and not in CE. You may want to re-post this in the database connectivity forum. Aside from that, did you try to set location to the database again? You are connecting thru ODBC I take it. Can you connect thru that DSN? If it's a SQL server database and driver, thtere should be a "Test Connection" button at the end of the creation of the dsn. Does that work?

Also, on your CR install CD is a tool called sqlconn. Try to connect to the db thru that one first. You may have to recreate the DSN to use trusted connection.

Hope this helps.
