When we schedule reports in Crystal Enterprise 10, we save the database login username and password on the "Process" tab.

We need to change the password for our database logins every 90 days for compliance reasons. This is going to be a lot of work to have to reschedule hundreds of reports every 90 days with the new password.

Is there a way to keep from having to reschedule all our reports every time we change the database passwords?

Hi,
In the Schedule Manager app ( accessed through the Admin launchpad) you can change all the passwords in a folder ( and its subfolders) [or all reports if they use the same info ] at one time..

Since it is called the 'Schedule Manager' I assume it affects the scheduled instances as well...I have not tested that however.
