Database logon info for this report is either incomplete or incorrect

I am scheduling a Crystal Reports 2008 report in the CMC. The report is reading data from an Oracle database via an ODBC and also from two .xls files stored locally and created via separate Crystal Reports 2008 reports run earlier in the day.
I know the ODBC connection works as it is the same connection used earlier. The .xls files are not password protected and the report runs fine away from the CMC.

Hi,
A scheduled report in Enterprise runs under the account used for the job server - be sure it is using a domain account with access rights to the xls files location and to the files themselves.

If you also run it from the CMC, the pageserver will be used and it also needs to be set up with a correct account.
