I get this error when I try to log in.TNS could not resolve
service name. Verify the TNS name in the connectstring entry
of the DAD for this URL is valid.

Please check your tnsnames.ora file whether it has got the service name you are providing while connecting.

If you're trying to connect from webdb, check both tnsnames.ora and wdbsvr.app files. Connect string in the later must point to hte valid TNS alias in the former.
