There is a form used where I work that four or five people use to create quotes. They can all access and create new quotes at the same time most of the time. One user had the form open for a while and no one else could use the form after some time(not sure how long he had it open). I closed the form on his desktop and everything worked fine. My question is, is there a time limit to keeping the form open before everyone gets locked out?

If you made the database, you should know the anser to that question... usualy users get locked out when some one is editing the database, or some one with exclusivity opens it.... From my point of view any how...

hope it ansers your question
