After Migration CCMS 6.0 and CCT 6.0 standalone (ContactCenterEnviroment) to a Coresident CCMS/CCT-Server I can´t connect about Database Intergarion Wizzard to TAPI.
Test connection shows:"Initialise Connection - Successful", but "Register with TAPI - Failure 51502".
Everything else is working perfect after the Migration - also the HDX-Connection with the Database Migraion Wizzard.
I was also changing the TAPI-IVR-Port from 5000 to 5002 and then 5011 in the TAPI-Database(CCT-Documentation recommends for CoRes Installation Port 5002 and the Database-Migration-Documentation: "Port 5000 - 5010 are not available for use. Select another Port outside of the 5000 - 5010 range").
Must the TAPI-Services been restarted that the Port-changes take effect?
Any other ideas??
