Database inconsistency detected (OpC50-001) error 1

I am getting the following error within OVO 6.0 on HPUX 11.0 when I try to modify a Template:

"OpC50-0001 error Database inconsistency detected (opc_source_templ --> opc_templ_options). The entries in the two tables belong together. But actually there is only an entry in one table."

I was only trying to modify an existing template on our Manager-of-Managers Server. Has anyone seen this error? What causes it, and how can I correct it?
